Shipping policy

<h2>Processing time</h2>
<p>Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order items (printed on demand) need an extra 2 to 5 business days before they are dispatched.</p>
<h2>Where your order ships from</h2>
<p>Piece Trove ships from two places, and the product page tells you which applies:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>US fulfillment</strong> (made-to-order items and some stocked items): usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, delivered within the United States.</li>
<li><strong>Asia fulfillment</strong> (most stocked items): usually 10 to 20 business days after dispatch for US addresses, and a little longer for the rest of the world.</li>
</ul>
<p>Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order.</p>
<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.</p>
<h2>Customs and duties</h2>
<p>International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.</p>
<h2>Lost or delayed orders</h2>
<p>If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us at <strong>support@piecetrove.com</strong>. We will open a trace with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we will reship or refund it.</p>
