Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Piece Trove. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Piece Trove. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using the store

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code through the site.

Products, colors and pricing

We try to show product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, or if there is a clear error in pricing or stock, and we will refund anything already charged.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details, and our Refund Policy for returns.

Safe use

Our products are general-use accessories, not safety equipment, and they are not a substitute for adult supervision where supervision is needed. Check straps, buckles and seams regularly for wear, and stop using anything that is damaged. Follow the sizing and load guidance on each product page: an item that fits poorly or is overloaded can be uncomfortable or unsafe.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Piece Trove and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piece Trove is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
